Officer Involved Shooting

In the event of an Officer Involved Shooting, the Logan County Sheriff's Office will bring in an outside agency to investigate per Senate Bill 15-219.  This agency will be the Colorado Bureau of Investigation or any other surrounding agency at the request of the Sheriff.
